You may read accounts of it, or even look at pictures, but
Amalfi 's a town that needs to walked and experienced first
hand. With the sea always within reach and the infectious
atmosphere ever-present, you'll just have to be here to understand.
» What are the hottest months?
Well traditionally, this coastline is hot from late May until
early October. Thankfully, due to the beach being at hand,
you're never overwhelmed by the heat.
» Is there air-conditioning
in the hotel rooms?
Yes of-course. All our rooms are air-conditioned, allowing
you the choice to make it toasty or refreshingly cool.
» Is the hotel a comfy 3 star
as we have found some 3 stars can be a bit ramshackle?
The hotel has all the latest modern conveniences, and we take
great pride in providing you with a service that is in keeping
with the style and splendour of the surroundings.
» What is the average cost
of a room per night?
Our prices vary, depending on the size of the room and what
period you're staying. In Low Season the cheapest is 80 euros
for a single and 125 euros for a triple. In High Season the
cheapest is 110 euros for a single and 165 euros for a triple
room.
» Are the beds comfortable?
All our beds will create the perfect support for a wonderful
night's sleep. After an exciting evening walking the streets
and taking in the sights and smells, you'll look forward to
putting your feet up in total comfort.
» Are the bathrooms shared
or private bathrooms?
All of the rooms at the Hotel Centrale have their own immaculate
en-suite bathrooms.
» Is the Hotel Centrale suited
to disabled people?
Unfortunately to the building's ancient design, it's not exactly
appropriate and there’s a staircase leading up. Are
children allowed? Absolutely. At the Hotel Centrale, we are
very much geared to making the Hotel a family-friendly place. |
